The amount of the transaction includes the cost of the admission ticket, the pre-sale fee, when applied, and, depending on the payment method, a variable percentage fee for the service, defined by the payment circuit used.

Registration is necessary because the admission tickets issued are for tax purposes and must therefore be in the name of a natural person. What is the transaction code and what is it for?

This happens because pre-sale fees, which are at the discretion of the event organiser, are added to the face price of the ticket, as well as circuit fees, which are calculated according to the payment method used, and service charges.

The resale procedure can be activated on the ticket of which you are the holder or on the tickets you have purchased (even for a single ticket in the case of multiple purchases), by accessing the appropriate section from your user profile or transaction summary. If the resale is successful, the seller will receive, within 7 working days, a transfer equal to the value of the single resold ticket net of commissions and service fee, which amounts to 10% of the ticket price. No, as prescribed by SIAE regulations, it is not possible to change the resale price of the ticket.

No. The original admission ticket cannot be used as long as it remains in the resale market, therefore, even if you do not resell it within the time limit, you will have to implement the cancellation of resale procedure in order to use your ticket to access the event.
